Coaching individuals is my personal calling. My mission is to assist others in realizing their dreams and in becoming personal masters of their lives. I've studied coaching, been coached myself, and have served as a coach to individuals, graduate students, administrators/executives, and business owners for many years.

I have extensive credentials, experience and talents in helping and coaching individuals, which includes a Master's degree in Social Work, and a PhD candidate in Holistic Life Coaching. As a member of the largest and one of the most progressive coach training organizations, Coachville , I am kept abreast on issues and developments in the national coaching community. After 25 years of experience in metaphysical study and teaching, meditation practice, and a personal commitment to putting Spirit first in all aspects of my own life, I have integrated the transpersonal/spiritual aspects of working with individuals into my practice.

Each session is a 50-minute phone appointment scheduled in advance. Cost is $100 per session or $350 for 4 sessions.
