About Us

Lynn Harris-Henderson has been consulting and coaching full time since 1995, when she founded Synergy Works Consultant Services , a consulting firm committed to transforming individuals and organizations.  As a consultant and business coach, she has assisted hundreds of individuals in achieving their goals and maximizing their potential.

Based on real-world experience, is an outgrowth of Lynn's life work, passion, and focus on personal mastery, success and wellness in your life.   's orientation has its basis in Lynn's 25 years of metaphysical study, teaching, meditation practice, and personal commitment to putting Spirit first in all aspects of her own life.

Lynn has extensive credentials, experience and talents in helping and coaching individuals.  She obtained a Master's degree in Social Work, and is currently a PhD candidate in Holistic Life Coaching.  Lynn was the Director of a large non-profit organization that serves children and families, prior to becoming a private business owner nearly 10 years ago.  She works with individuals as colleagues, drawing upon their talents/experience and her years of experience as a therapist, training specialist, coach, non-profit administrator, and as an independent business owner. Lynn is also a founding member of the Thursday Group, Inc, a Spirit Enterprise support/study group and team of metaphysicians who are  available to provide life coaching services, training, retreats, and spiritual enlightenment experiences.

Most importantly, Lynn dedicates her life to living from the inside out, and has a special calling to assist others on their journeys to become personal masters creating peace, love, happiness and abundance in their lives. She is married with a blended family of five children and resides in Los Angeles, California.
